Eating is part of life, you should enjoy food! being able to eat foods that make you happy shouldn't be a crime, it should be a reward! Object Fitness uses food to make you look and feel the best you can. You are going to tell us where to draw the line, how serious you are willing to get and we will work with it.
Results will not be the issue, proper dieting is a matter of tricking your mind to accept your new routine. The majority of people can get away with eating the occasional bad meal and still look incredible. The tick is to know how and when that meal is best. Meaning, it has less impact on your body depending on how you time it.
